I really enjoyed listening to this podcast on supporting and balancing the immune system instead of just trying to boost it at times. My plan is to use your cold sock idea if I feel a cold coming on. I will also look into adding the echinacea tablet to my morning routine of taking Vitamin C, D and a multivitamin. I also take omega 3 with astaxanthin and a probiotic every day. I have been free of colds since 2004 after getting rid of the over abundance of yeast in my body thanks to my naturopath at the time. She has retired now so I have confidence that I would seek help from you when I need it. ?. Thanks for all the good articles you share so that people can be proactive to avoid health problems.
